Refund Policy

 

Our goal is to keep waste to a minimum. We do not take returns on any of our custom-made orders. These include all Swimwear, Hats, Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Leggings Art, Prints, Posters, Mugs and Puzzles.

We do not take returns on any food items. 

The only item we take returns on are minerals and crystals. You, as the customer, will be responsible for return shipping. Upon receiving the item in the same condition as it was sent to you, a refund will be issued within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) through your payment source. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, seeds or plants), all custom-made products (listed above).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

All clothing, swimwear, hats are special order as they are made just for you. Please measure yourself with a measuring tape to ensure the best fit. 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
